1. Nature of Service

Boat Analysis provides vessel history reports compiled from publicly available maritime databases including U.S. Coast Guard records, NMVTIS, NICB, and state registration agencies. Reports are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for purchasing decisions. We strongly recommend supplementing our reports with a physical inspection by a certified marine surveyor.

2. Payment & Order Processing

All orders are processed upon receipt of verified payment. We accept Stripe (credit/debit cards), PayPal, Payoneer, and bank wire transfers. Upon confirmed payment, report delivery is completed within 2 business hours via email PDF. For bank wire transfers, processing may take up to 24 hours after funds are received.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our reports, refunds are issued at our discretion. If a report cannot be generated for the provided HIN (e.g., invalid or unregistered HIN), a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days. No refunds are issued for reports that have been delivered and accessed.

4. Limitation of Liability

Boat Analysis and its operators shall not be held liable for any purchase decisions made based on our vessel reports. Database records may not reflect the most recent incidents not yet reported to federal or state agencies. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific report order in question.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules.
