We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when ordering reports or contacting us, including: full name, email address, phone number, Hull Identification Number (HIN), vessel type, and selected report package. We also automatically collect IP addresses, browser types, and referral URLs for security monitoring purposes.

Your information is used exclusively to: (a) process and deliver your vessel history report, (b) send order confirmation and report delivery emails, (c) respond to customer support inquiries, and (d) detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
